The Church of the Lutheran Brethren (CLB) North America Missions is partnering with Ambassadors of Reconcilation in training and equipping Lutheran Brethren congregations as well as regional and synodical leaders in reconciliation ministry.

Our goal is to have multiple reconciliation teams comprised of 2-3 individuals each (pastors, elders, and parishioners) prepared for deployment in leading congregations in Bible study, conflict coaching and mediation.

I recently returned from co-teaching a reconciliation seminar with my Regional Pastor colleague, Rev. Warren Geraghty, at our Tuscarora Christian Conference Center, in Mt. Bethel, PA.  The response and engagement around God’s Word through this seminar was tremendous!  As a result, over 20 church leaders were equipped in foundational biblical reconciliation to share with their families, co-workers, and churches.  We are just getting started!

We currently have over 20 people in our denomination who have received training in conflict coaching and mediation from AOR.  Also this past summer, 11 pastors and lay people from this group were trained in Group Reconciliation Assistance.  God is working among our churches to raise up trained reconcilers!

Will you join me in supporting this peacemaking movement to help pastors and churches?   PLEASE only consider supporting beyond your normal church/denominational tithe - first and foremost it is my desire to see every family supporting their local ministries.

If the Lord is directing you in this way, then I invite you to support my crowdfunding campaign for AOR
today!  Your gift, of anyamount (one-time or reoccurring), will support BOTH the ministry of AOR and my personal reconcilation ministry.  For every dollar given up to $0.50 will be passed along to me for future training and reconcilation resources.  These discounts will make it possible to reach more CLB pastors and parishioners with the message of reconciliation.
