Reconstruction (Still Working but the Devil Might Be Inside) is our newest project looking at Gone with the Wind as a Confederate monument. It is about reconstructing ourselves personally and nationally in the harsh light of America’s white supremacist past and present. We are thrilled to have assembled an incredible team of 21 artists ranging in age from 26 to 95. This summer, we'll spend two weeks in Brooklyn, then one week at the Lumberyard Film & Development Center in Catskill, NY. We'll be developing the show, working with a newly-built set, and visiting and leading workshops at local juvenile detention facilities.

Most of our budget goes directly to the people making the show: we are committed to compensating our artists fairly for every hour in the rehearsal room.
