CHIRLA DACA Trust Fund
The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has decided to review cases challenging the legality of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA) in the next term. This means that SCOTUS will decide to keep or end DACA, affecting the legal status of nearly 1 million young people, by June 2020. For now, nothing changes. Only renewals are available, and first-time applicants are still barred.
Your donation helps to cover the $495 DACA renewal application fees that the U.S. Department of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) charges to keep these young people from facing deportation.
In the coming months our funding for DACA renewals is diminishing!
That's why YOU can help make a difference with any donation, big or small.
Thank you for supporting our immigrant youth!
Mil Gracias!
