Sponsor a Statue on the Thousand Buddha altar
The Thousand Buddha altar at KPC was constructed in 1988 for the arrival of His Holiness Penor Rinpoche who was to bestow, for the first time in America, a cycle of empowerment and teaching called the Rinchen Terzod. Each of the 1002 statues on this altar is filled with sacred prayers and offerings and was blessed by His Holiness Penor Rinpoche and Her Eminence Jetsunma Ahkon Lhamo Rinpoche during that visit. Ever since, this resplendent altar has bestowed blessings and spiritual inspiration to all who see it.
Sponsoring a statue on the Thousand Buddha altar is your opportunity to join this legacy of blessings, to honor a loved one, and to express your wish that all sentient beings be free of suffering.
With your sponsorship, a plaque will be affixed to the altar under a newly painted Buddha statue that is inscribed with your dedication. Please use the sponsorship form to write out the message you would want inscribed on the plaque.
Sponsorship can be made by a one-time payment or $1000 or up to four installments payments adding up to $1000.
Your sponsorship is tax-exempt.
