Kids Square

Center in the Square's newest museum, Kids Square, will create a space in Downtown Roanoke the whole family can be a part of. Kids Square is geared towards children from toddler to age 10. The museum encourages play, education and gross motor skills that are important for development of children in this age range. The museum will also offer a sense of support for parents by introducing them to other parents in similar situations, and with classes and workshops that discuss parenting at different stages of a child’s development. All of this will be provided at little cost to the families with scholarships available for economically disadvantaged families.
