Cancellation and Refund Policy: Ticket transfers can be made at any time — even on the day of the conference. Please submit a request with the contact information for both the registrant and the substitute to contactus@ssti.org. Cancellation requests should be made via email to contactus@ssti.org. For cancellations made on or before Sep. 19, SSTI will issue a refund by check, minus a $75 processing fee. After Sep. 19, no refunds are provided.
