In 2021, MCBC's Off-Road focus is to complete the 40-mile bike-legal dirt route from the Golden Gate to Point Reyes by closing the final gap in the route between Muir Beach and Coast View Trail.

For all donations of $50 or more, you will automatically become an annual member of the Marin County Bicycle Coalition. (to opt-out from becoming an annual MCBC member change the gift frequency from Yearly to One time only).

New first-time members will receive a Marin Bicycle Map with a donation of $50 or more.

Open space is so important these days, and there are few places more breathtakingly spacious and naturally serene than Point Reyes National Seashore. But as many of you know, bicycle access has been spotty at best – with the majority of trails and fire roads being out-and-back excursions. It’s gorgeous, but the riding could be better.

For the first time ever, new guidelines by the park system could make riding from Bolinas Ridge Trail directly from downtown Point Reyes – all off-road! . But we need your help to make this dream a reality.
