This Tu BiShvat, North American rabbinical and cantorial students taking part in T'ruah's year-long human rights program in Israel, in partnership with Rabbis for Human Rights, will plant trees in Umm al-Hiran, the Israeli Bedouin village recently demolished by the government. This is part two of our tree-planting activities, which began in September with planting trees in the West Bank Bedouin village of Susya, also under threat of demolition.
Celebrate Tu BiShvat by joining us in these two mitzvot with your gift of $36 or more. For every gift of $36 or more, we will send a personalized certificate to you or your favorite justice seeker.
Your gift of $180 sponsors the participation of one rabbinical student. Your gift of $750 sponsors a bus for rabbinical students to plant trees.
