Founded in 1936, the Junior League of Morristown (JLM), is a charitable non-profit organization of women taking action as civic leaders to make a lasting impact in our area. We are committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Our purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

After a careful assessment of our community’s current needs, The Junior League of Morristown has chosen a new area of impact beginning in 2016: promoting the health and wellness of Morris-area teens. The Little Black Dress Initiative is part of our commitment to this important focus.
