2020 has been an unusual, and at times trying year for everyone. Although the COVID-19 Pandemic changed our plans and activities, one thing that didn’t change was the need for our community to embrace and meet the physical and spiritual needs of the foster community in our county. We were able to get our resource center up and running, provide meals, and pray with many families this year. With your support, we have been able to meet 116 children’s needs this year. Consistently, our biggest need was for beds and bedding. With your support, we were able to provide every child who was in need with a safe and clean place to sleep at night.
We know that meeting the physical needs of foster families is just the Lord opening doors for us to meet spiritual needs. We are thankful for our church partners that have stepped up to pray, forge relationships, and shine God’s light in broken situations.
With your continued support, we are confident that we will continue to be able share the love of Christ with all that we encounter. We encourage you to explore the many ways to partner with us through 2021 as we begin to return to normal operations. Thank you for your support of Called to Care Berrien County!
