Denali, our adult female Belgian Malinois, gave birth to her puppies on 11 April 2019. She and the puppies are now in training in the Greater Kruger Park area of South Africa with our partners at Kilo 9 Kennels. After several months of dedicated training, they will be sponsored for anti-poaching units/rangers that are protecting rhino, elephant, giraffe, and pangolins. With their speed, natural hunting instincts, and incredible sense of smell, K9s are proving to be helpful partners to anti-poaching units across Africa.  They require many years of specialized training an expense many small anti-poaching units can’t afford.  By adopting one of our puppies, you will sponsor the necessary daily care, veterinary care, training, gear, and the food needed to develop and maintain a successful K9 anti-poaching ranger.
