I am a student at Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory School in Houston, Texas. I am in the National Honor Society, participate in weekly Hearts on Fire bible study meetings, and play on the varsity basketball team. My favorite hobby is chess. After graduating, I plan on studying Civil Engineering, so I can design improvements on structures we rely on in our daily lives. My current GPA is 3.68 and I enjoy solving logarithms in Algebra II. I admire Elon Musk, who facilitates great engineering creations, and hope to follow in his footsteps.  MY FLO ID#: SFN-31258
One way of achieveing my academic and career goals is to take advantage of the learning opportunity in the summer immersion program at George Washington Universtiy. I will be introduced to career skills in neuroscience, crime scene investagation, and software engineering.  The summer immersion program promises to be a rigorus program for rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors.  By enrolling into this program, I will participate in integrate lectures with experimential and applied activites. I hope to expand and deepen my knowledge of these topics through collaborative learning and exploration of the diverse intellectual resources provided to me. I feel this is the next step leading me closer to my career. Given the opportunity to learn in the George Washington University summer immersion program will prepare me for my future career while giving me the experience I need to attain those goals.
"I would be grateful if you help sponsor my participation in my George Washinton Summer Immersion program. While I have applied and received financial aid, my family has still come short and are required to pay the remainder of the cost, which is $1800. Your assistance of $10, $20, $50 would make this opportunity available to me. Thank you for your donations, and the time taken to consider me and read my page"
